Excavation, Haulage and Earthworks for Al Saad Station

Scope of works

Excavation of material to facilitate the construction of underground station, the station design to service 2 underground metro lines Gold line level -22 meter and Blue line level -47 meter, excavation will be up to a depth of approximately 52m and varies. In addition hauling transportation and disposal of excavated material to Q- Rail yard total quantities exceeding one million Cubic meters.

Al Bairaq Contracting specialized in congested and narrow areas excavations, our methods for emergency exists shafts and tunnels approved and became reference used in all Q- Rail projects, shafts depths exceeding 35 meters with 12 meter diameter only was excavated using compacted 321 CAT excavators.

Excavation, Haulage and Earthworks for Emergency exist Shafts and connection tunnels for Gold and Blue lines at CAN station.

Scope of works

Excavation of material to facilitate the construction of Emergence exist Shafts and connection tunnels for Gold and Blue lines at CAN station, the shafts designed to service 2 underground metro lines Gold line level - 30 meter and Blue line level - 40 meter, In addition to connection tunnel excavation at – 33 depth to connect both lines.

Due to our excellent record in demolition works Qatar Railways chose us as the first contractor for demolition works, despite of there high safety standards and strict requirements and methods we succeeded to complete more than 20 contracts for all Q- Rail lines including demolition of high Buildings more than 24 meter using long reach excavators.

Al bairaq demolition services comes one package, as we established the hazardous waste contamination unit as part of demolition division, since 2011 our company dealing with Asbestos Material and we managed to establish asbestos craw having excellent experience in asbestos survey, contamination and removal including wrapping then disposal.

Al Bairaq as infrastructure contractor started the road works division on 2012 completed earth works projects for PWA , Q- Rail and other private contractors.
